Stainless steel surfaces are heavy. We don't ship via parcel couriers. Every surface is custom-crated in a wooden freight crate, padded and wrapped with protective packaging at all contact points.
We cover the contiguous United States and all Canadian provinces. Delivery is curbside — you or your installer brings the crate inside and removes the crating material.
You'll receive a tracking number once your surface ships. Transit times typically 1–2 weeks depending on location.
